POW’R: Westchester County

From Yonkers to Yorktown, Westchester is a thriving suburban county rich in history and culture. Home to about 940,000 residents, the county is located in the southeastern part of New York State. Westchester County is comprised of six cities and 19 towns and villages, which make the county an economically and demographically diverse region. Home to former President Bill Clinton and Martha Stewart, Westchester is known as the "Golden Apple" of New York State.

POW’R Against Tobacco works within the county partnering with different coalitions and organizations to promote health and wellness. Westchester Coalition meetings are held bi-monthly on the last Thursday of the month at 10 am. All meetings are held at the Elmsford office. If you are interested in attending the meetings, please RSVP via e-mail prior to the meeting date.
